Half Day Retreat
A in person half day workshop for women. This half day retreat includes yoga, meditation, qigong, and taoist practices. You will feel replenished, restored and reenergised by the end of this day.

Regulate Yoga/Somatic Movement Class
Regulate Somatic Movement Yoga Classes for Women
The class begins with a gentle warm up, a short centring/grounding practice, such as focusing on the breath (Pranayama), or a meditation practice (Dhyana). We then move into gentle stretches, yoga poses (Asana), and qigong practices. At the end of the class we will practice resting (Savasana), and you will lie down for about 10 minutes. Somatic Movement
Somatic Healing and Well Being Course for women.
Online 6 week course begins Monday the 26th of February at 10am

Online Therapy Group for all genders
A mixed therapy group for all genders. This is a online closed counselling support group which will be held every 3rd week of the month. We start each session with a meditation, and a movement practice. We will have check in and check out circles and each week we discuss a different topic.
Women's Retreat Day
A day retreat for women with Rachel and Lisa, focusing on pelvic embodiment, sensuality and feminine awakening through Sensual Vitality Qigong and Feminine Energy Forest Bathing. Activate, circulate and sublimate life force energy with womb Yoga and pelvic floor practices, for powerful, nuanced, gentle and subtle expansion. Forest bathe with the feminine energy of beech trees, connecting with the queen and mother of the woods, using nature to help you connect to and reflect on your feminine self. These practices will help you to feel more grounded, and encourage a deep, healing connection to your femininity.
